Safal Partners in partnership with the Cyber Future Foundation are approved by the U.S. Department of Labor for National Apprenticeship Program Development

HOUSTON– April 21, 2021 – Safal Partners, a nationally-recognized workforce and education firm and sponsor of a cybersecurity registered apprenticeship program, announces that it has been approved as a National Program by the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship. This announcement follows the heels of a rapidly expanding apprenticeship program now capable to assist all nationally who are interested in advancing their workforce for a brighter future in workforce capability and success.

Apprenticeships within Tech have begun growing at a rapidly advancing pace, this in response to a national workforce gap previously unaddressed. Safal partners, collaborating with workforce development organizations, teaming with industry relationships fostered by the Cyber Future Foundation have further ignited this spark within industry to focus on a brighter future within Tech by addressing today’s needs in effort of positive future growth within our national workforces.

While many have realized that a national approach to apprenticeship growth would come through workforce development relations, the Safal-Cyber Future Foundation team has quickly realized and utilizes more pressing needs within industry to first address long standing problems within hiring, training and workforce development practices this industry has so independently relied upon in the past. Focusing these efforts further drive opportunities for apprenticeship application within employers across the nation as leaders realize these long-standing practices have been outpaced by the skills, drive and capabilities of the up-and-coming cyber leaders of tomorrow. This exact focus and realization is what has and continues to propel the Safal Apprenticeship Program beyond initial expectations, paving the path to solidified, supportive and modern apprenticeship programs across the industry. Further focusing on the newly developed and rapidly growing pool of talented individuals looking to equate positive change not only within their own careers, but within the industry itself for future leaders behind them.
