Women in Cybersecurity(WiCyS) is Expanding Registered Apprenticeship.

WiCyS is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in cybersecurity. The partnership between WiCyS and Safal Partners is designed to increase awareness and adoption of Registered Apprenticeship by WiCyS member organizations and corporate partners.

Safal Partners provides WiCyS-affiliated organizations with the option of joining our U.S. DOL-approved national Registered Apprenticeship program or receiving no-cost technical assistance from our team of experts to sponsor your own program. In addition, participating employers will have a strong and growing pool of individual WiCyS members to recruit as candidates for their programs.

Why Registered Apprenticeship?

Registered Apprenticeship is the most time-proven method for recruiting, training, and retaining a strong, skilled, and diverse workforce. According to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), 97 percent of companies with Registered Apprenticeship programs recommend them as a talent solution. Companies with RA programs report increased worker retention and an average $1.44 return on investment for every $1 invested.
